Club rules
Club ANGEL is an entertainment facility, where all the people who follow the house rules below are welcome. These house rules are obligatory for all Club ANGEL guests and are intended to guarantee the safety of all the visitors of Club ANGEL. When entering Club ANGEL the visitor takes the responsibility to follow the house rules of Club ANGEL and other imposed rules and to obey to the orders of the workers of Club ANGEL.
1. Every person who is at least 18 years old is allowed to enter Club ANGEL. The workers of Club ANGEL have the right to check the age of the visitor of Club ANGEL and in order to prove the age an adequate document must be submitted (passport, driver's licence, ID card). The clothing of the visitor must be appropriate for spending time in Club ANGEL, visitors in sports clothing are not allowed to enter Club ANGEL.
2.Visitors are prohibited to:
1. enter Club ANGEL with a gun or objects that may turn out to be life and health threatening to the visitors and workers of Club ANGEL, including ammunition, explosive materials, easily flammable and toxic substances or radioactive material. Club ANGEL does not take guns into storage;
2. consume drinks or food that is taken along in Club ANGEL;
3. bring, possess, consume or sell narcotic or psychotropic substances in the area of club ANGEL (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act RT I 1997, 52, 834; 2003, 88, 591; 2002, 63, 387; 2002, 61, 375; 2001, 88, 531);
4. bring animals in the rooms of Club ANGEL.
3. The workers of Club ANGEL have the right to refuse to serve persons who are younger than the imposed age limit or who are visibly drunk or under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances or do not fit to Club ANGEL because of clothing.
4. The visitor of Club ANGEL is obliged to act politely and respectfully towards co- visitors and be kind and friendly towards other people. In case of the violation of this demand the workers of Club ANGEL have the right to remove the person from the club.
5. The visitor, who breaks or damages the inventory of Club ANGEL, is obliged to compensate the damage that is caused in full length according to the market value. In case of broken glasses the guilty person is obliged to pay 50 kroons per every broken glass and for plates and other dishes 100 kroons per every broken item.
6. To the persons mentioned in points 1, 2 and 4 the workers of Club ANGEL have the right to ask the m to leave Club ANGEL. The given request is obligatory to the visitor.
7. Club ANGEL is not responsible for the personal belongings that are left in the rooms of Club ANGEL without supervision. In the coatroom the worker of
Club ANGEL gives to every visitor of Club ANGEL a jetton in return to the visitor's clothes, when returning the jetton the clothes of the visitor are given back. In case of the loss of the jetton the visitor is obliged to pay 100 kroons.
8. The worker of Club ANGEL is not responsible for the articles of value, cash and other valuable possessions that are left in the coatroom.
9. The visitors have the right to lodge a complaint to the responsible worker of Club ANGEL, whose decision in disputed question is final and obligatory to fulfil. In decision making the responsible worker of Club ANGEL originates from these house rules and from the criterion of the safety of the visitors of Club ANGEL.
10. Taking pictures in Club ANGELis strictly forbidden without the written permission of the responsible worker or the owner. The visitor of Club ANGEL who has violated this point is obliged to pay contractual penalty of 100 000 kroons to Club ANGEL.
11. In case of the violation of the points of these house rules and expelling the visitor of Club ANGEL has no right to get his money back.
12. The workers of Club ANGEL have the right to forbid the entrance to the club to any person under the basis of subjective decision.
13. The worker of Club ANGELI has the right not to let in persons without prior justification, but foremost it has to be in connection with the safety of the club or overcrowding.
14. The members of Club ANGEL are preferred to non-members and they have the priority to enter the club.
15. The membership of Club ANGEL is proved by the magnetic card that is given to the members and the finger print that identifies it. Persons whose finger print and the data of the magnetic card do not match are not allowed in the club and the club has the right to confiscate the card.
16. By receiving the ticket and entering Club ANGEL the visitor takes the responsibility to oblige to these house rules and obligations.
17. The workers of Club ANGEL have the right to check if the rules above are being followed and in case of violation they have the right not to let the visitor who has violated the rules stay in Club ANGEL or ask him to leave Club ANGEL.
